With our pick-up service, daoPICKUP, you can easily and quickly book a parcel pickup at your private home. All you have to do is purchase daoPICKUP when you buy the shipment on our portal. So just order and get the package ready for collection – we’ll take care of the rest!
Send without printing a label
When you buy the shipment from us, you always get a 9-digit code, that you can use when sending parcel. This means that you don’t need a printer to send parcels with us.
Dimensions and weight requirements
Max. weight: 5 kg
Max. length: 55 cm
Max. circumference + length: 120 cm
Please note that the package must measure at least 10 x 15 x 1 cm.
How to calculate
The longest side of the package is measured (this must measure a maximum of 55 cm).
Circumference is calculated by measuring the width and height, multiplying the result by 2.
These two figures are added together and may measure a maximum of 120 cm.
