We are proud to share that we have won the first tender after the new postal law came into force. With this, we take over responsibility for the distribution of mailarticles for the blind in Denmark, from 1 November 2024. This means that we now have to ensure that up to 600,000 blind mail reaches the recipients each year.

The new Postal Act, which came into force at the turn of the year, has created free competition in the postal market, where all players compete on equal terms. It gives dao the opportunity to show that we can deliver a reliable and efficient service – also when it comes to a task such as blind mail, which historically has been an important part of the postal area.

We look forward to carrying out this task with the same high quality and commitment that our customers know us for. With the new postal act, it is important for us to continue delivering mail and parcels to the whole country – quickly, reliably and with a focus on our customers’ needs.

We are pleased to be able to expand our service to include another important task. We will continue to ensure that our customers always receive the best service – whether it is about blind mail, letters, parcels or something completely different.
